Are you over 6' tall? Are you using this tripod? Well, why not?? I should have written this review earlier, but I've got a good amount of time spent with this tripod under my belt now. At 6'2" I needed a taller tripod for travel. Don't listen to the Gitzo folks. Their traveler is going to be way too short! I've taken this tripod to the beaches in Washington state, the mountains of the Canadian Rockies and many places in between. It is solid. It is quick. It is light. Most importantly - it is built for us taller folks. Great product Feisol!!
