We offer 3 years of warranty to our customers, for manufacturing and related material defects. In order to start a claim, please contact us at mail@feisol.net with proof of purchase. Customer pays for shipping to our US based service center, we pay for the return shipping. Defects caused by a customer are excluded from our warranty and from our free return shipping, and will be quoted with a reasonable repair quote and return shipping.

We offer you a speedy and reasonably priced repair service. Our network of service centers ensures rapid and uncomplicated service. We stock most spare parts for your tripod, and in the event of a break-down, can usually send it back within 24 hours.

Shipments to other destinations are usually sent via the United States Postal Service International Express Mail.
