An Overview of our Services
► Warranty
The warranty period for all FEISOL products is 3 years and is valid world-wide. We will make every effort to supply you with spare parts wherever you happen to be at the moment, thus giving you the peace of mind of knowing that you will be able to enjoy your FEISOL tripod for years to come.
► Repairs
FEISOL offers you a speedy and reasonably priced repair service (free of charge during the warranty period). Our network of Service-Centers ensures rapid and uncomplicated service.
We stock major spare parts for your tripod in our warehouses and, in the event of a break-down, can usually send them out within 24 – 48 hours.
► Support
If you have any questions or suggestions, we will put you in touch with one of our competent service professionals who can assist you by e-mail or by phone – just send us an e-mail at mail@feisol.net to let us know how we can best reach you and we will be happy to contact you, even outside the usual working hours; we know that your time is valuable.
► Returns
Because we want you to be a Satisfied Customer we give you, for a period of 15 days, the opportunity to return your FEISOL purchase for a full refund, if you are not happy with the product – no questions asked. For details, please read our Return & Exchange Section.
► Shipping
For shipments within the lower 48 US states, we generally utilize our highly regarded logistics partner Federal Express. Shipments to other destinations are usually sent via the United States Postal Service’s International Express Mail. Shortly after domestic packages get under way, Federal Express will send you an e-mail with your tracking information. For USPS shipments, we will send you an email with your tracking number, making it possible for you to keep abreast of your shipment’s progress.
► Payment
FEISOL gives you the choice of many payment options: Instant and secure credit card payment, convenient use of the PayPal system, as well as check, money order, or bank transfer, whatever works best for you.
