It is our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the Feisol quality product you have purchased. In case you should still be unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us within 15 days of receiving the items. Please note the rules and policies set forth below. We will be glad to exchange it for a different Feisol product or to refund you for the amount of the original product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted with the exact amount we paid for shipping.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition in their original retail box and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, as well as all accessories. The item needs to be shipped in a separate shipping - not in the retail box.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Returns
- In order to return an item please contact Customer Service for prior approval. We will assign you an RMA number.
- All items purchased from us are shipped in a retail box, and a separate shipping box, in order to protect the retail box. The retail box needs to be shipped back in a separate shipping box.
- Please attach no labels of any kind to the retail box.
- Please obtain insurance for the package and ship using a mode that can be traced. FEISOL USA cannot not liable for lost or damaged shipments.

- We cannot refund shipping charges, including actual charges we paid for shipping. If flat rate shipping was chosen, the actual shipping charge may be higher.
- Returns or Exchanges are excluded for Special Orders
- It is at our discretion whether defective products are repaired or replaced for the same or equivalent model.
- We cannot accept returns without an RMA #. Please email mail@feisol.net for an RMA#.
In the event that any of the conditions above are not met, we reserves the right, at our discretion, not to accept the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
