I just received my Cretac ball head today and placed on my tripod. It is a week before Christmas and pouring the rain so I haven't field tested yet. From my in house testing this ball head will not disappoint. The head held my PSR rifle steady in different positions with no creep, Everything appeared to be extremely solid. I am going to upgrade the quick connect plate but that is an inexpensive part. This ball head is a great value and should serve years of enjoyment.
