  • Do the legs of your FEISOL Monopod not move as smoothly as they used to? Do you have to bear down on the Twist Locks or Angle Locks for them to hold tight? Do you hear a crunching sound in the legs of your Monopod since you were caught in a sand storm on your last shoot? Has it been a too long since your tripod has been thoroughly cleaned?

    Our Reconditioning Service is designed to help you with all these issues.

    We will provide the service shipping address via email, once you placed the order.

    Included are:
    • Thorough Cleaning of all moving parts, inside and out
    • Replacement of any internal compression rings showing wear
    • Lubrication
    • Small replacement parts such as the rubber foot, screws and thumb levers

    Excluded are:
    • Replacement carbon tubes
    • Replacement angle and twist locks
    • Replacement grip foams
    • Replacement rubber feet

    If any non-included replacement parts are needed, we will contact you via email with a quote.

    Please be aware that your monopod needs to be in serviceable condition. These are conditions that can't be serviced:
    • Extreme wear of the carbon tubes to the point that the clear coating is destroyed or shows deep scratches. A cleaning will not fix this.
    • Cracked leg section. We can replace one leg section if needed and will quote this via email. Monopods with more than one leg section cracked will not be serviced.
    • Extremely dirty monopods, especially when the inside of the legs is contaminated with grease. There should only be a very small amount of marine grade grease on the metal threads of the twist locks, the way the monopod was delivered when new, not inside the carbon tubes or on the internal compression rings. Cleaning the inside of the carbon tubes from grease would take a long time and can't be covered with our service fee.

    Shipping Options
    Please be aware that we can not be held accountable if your package gets lost, stolen or damaged in transit - either way. If you want signature-required and / or insurance on your shipment to us, please ship your monopod accordingly with these options. If you want us to use signature-required and / or insurance on the return shipment, please send us an email and we will send a payment request via email to you, with the exact cost charged to us.
